Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Leading the development and execution of early career talent strategies, the full-time Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will oversee internship, university recruiting, and entry-level hiring programs while collaborating with various teams to enhance the candidate experience and build sustainable talent pipelines, primarily based in Atlanta, GA. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a multi-year emerging talent strategy aligned with workforce planning needs Lead university recruiting and early career hiring programs across the organization Build partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations to strengthen talent pipelines Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required Typically 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, university recruiting, or related HR fields At least 3 years of experience leading recruiting or talent development teams Demonstrated experience in building and scaling early career hiring programs Proven success in developing enterprise-wide university recruiting strategies
