POSITION: Billing Specialist

REPORTS TO: Manager of Billing

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and process client invoices in concurrence with vendor bills
• Manage work order tracker for multiple clients with specific provisions unique to each client
• Manage vendor bills via SharePoint environment
• Maintain ownership of invoicing multiple clients within assigned territories efficiently and accurately
• Process client and vendor invoice discrepancy corrections as necessary
• Ensure efficient invoice entry process in CRM and 3rdparty work order systems
• Post total amounts due, invoice numbers and account numbers in AP ledger log
• Answer external and internal questionsregardingaccount details, clientinvoicingor vendor payments
• Apply quality assurance verification of cost of client invoicing and vendor billing
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and vendor partners
• Ensure accounting procedurescomply withcompany standards involving both external and internal deadlines
• Collaborate with team members tomaintainprocess improvements within the department

Necessary skills & qualifications:

• Experience working with multiple work order systemsand ERP systems
• Experienceprocessing multiple inputs of data to createa single, combined output
• Strong critical thinking skills andproblem solvingskills
• Excellentattention to detail andcommitment to data accuracy
• Versatility and adaptability 
• Strong organizational and project/time management skills
• Ability tothrive in a fast paced, deadline driven, research intensiveenvironment
• Knowledge of the industry is a plus

Hours: M-F, 8a-5p
