Position Benefits Coordinator Summary This position includes managing and supporting employee benefits programs, including the management of 401(k) plans, and to assist with various HR-related tasks. This role also involves coordinating company events and contributing to overall HR operations. Essential Duties Manage and support employee benefits programs, including 401(k) and comprehensive health insurance plans Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications Assist with HR administration, including documentation, onboarding, and record-keeping Provide general HR support to employees and management Contribute to process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience Working Hours and Style 8 am to 5 pm – Full‑time / On‑site Working Location Peachtree City, GA Salary/Benefits $40,000 – $60,000 Health Insurance, Retirement Plan Holidays Paid holidays as per the company calendar Qualifications Experience with 401(k) administration is strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independentlyEager to learn and take on new challenges Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr QUICK USA
