@Home Therapy PT, OT, SLP
@Home Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide home-based occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients throughout North Queens, NY. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work one-on-one with patients in their homes. You will perform in-home evaluations, assess ADLs/IADLs, develop individualized treatment plans, train patients and caregivers in adaptive equipment and safety, and document progress in EMR while coordinating with the care #J-18808-Ljbffr @Home Therapy PT, OT, SLP
