CNA LTCTryfacta is seeking a CNA LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position Title: CNA LTCLocation: Vestal, NY 13850Duration: 16 weeksWork Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2×12-hour shifts) OR Evening: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM (5×8-hour shifts)Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.Monitor residents' condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team.Record patient care and observations accurately in the EMR.Provide compassionate care to residents, including those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.To be considered for this position, you should have:Active New York State CNA License (required).Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
