This role is ideal for someone with experience managing the full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of both residential and commercial properties who is looking to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization.The firm is in an exciting growth phase, offering strong long-term career advancement, a supportive and team-oriented culture, and excellent work-life balance, including remote Friday's!RESPONSIBILITIESReconcile accounts and perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for assigned propertiesPrepare financial reports as required for regulatory and/or management reporting purposesPrepare funding requests and provide financial information to lending institutionsSupport financial statement audits and tenant auditsReview vendor invoices to ensure proper codingFacilitate payment of vendor invoicesAssist in monthly tenant billing processReview and input development budgets into YardiReview and approve contracts and change orders entered into YardiReview development costs against project commitmentsTrack, analyze and report project costsReconcile project costs to budget and facilitate variance analysisReconcile between general ledger and job cost systemsEXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field4+ years of related experience requiredReal Estate industry experience requiredExperience in accounting and financial systems, preferably YardiProficient in Excel and knowledge of other Microsoft Office ApplicationsBase Salary: $100,000- $120,000 plus bonus, fully paid medical benefits and 401k.The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration to: If this particular role isn't the ideal fit, please feel free to forward your resume to the email above to explore other available opportunities.
