What You’ll Do As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our guests have an unforgettable time. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service. Overseeing daily operations and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Assisting with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of equipment (must be able to lift 50+ lbs). Providing guidance and support to team members to foster a positive work environment. Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care. Standing for extended periods while actively engaging with staff and guests. Using your Spanish-speaking skills (a bonus!) to enhance communication with our diverse community. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership position. Strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects). A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a team-first attitude.
