Start Date: Flexible / Immediate

End Date: Open-ended, ongoing assignment

Shift: Self-scheduling; 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts

Hours/Week: Variable based on schedule

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA required

Experience: Prior CRNA experience required; no new graduates

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (note: pay is highly competitive and to be discussed at interview)

Additional Compensation: $40,000 sign-on bonus

What You'll Do

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia during various procedures
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure safety
• Manage airway and respond to anesthesia emergencies
• Collaborate closely with surgical and nursing teams
• Document care accurately within EPIC EMR
• Participate in flexible self-scheduling covering multiple shift lengths

What You Need

• Valid ACLS, BLS certifications, and NBCRNA certification
• Active Michigan RN license and CRNA certification
• Prior anesthesia experience; not suitable for new graduates
• Ability to work independently with excellent clinical judgment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to emergencies as needed
