What You'll Do

• Administer anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients
• Manage cases in General, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics, Peds, OB, Vascular, Thoracic, Hands, Podiatry, Urology, Endo, IR, Cath/EP/TEE, MRI
• Document all procedures accurately using Epic EMR system
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and procedural standards
• Provide anesthesia services in a hospital-based Level III Trauma Center
• Manage an average caseload of 35 cases per day, including offsite cases
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, team-oriented environment

What You Need

• Valid CRNA license and certification
• Minimum of x years' anesthesia clinical practice experience
• Skills in a variety of anesthesia procedures; no open-heart or regional blocks required
• Ability to work independently with a team-focused approach

About the Assignment Henry Ford in West Bloomfield is seeking experienced CRNAs to join their anesthesia team starting in mid-December or early January. The facility features a collaborative, team-based culture and serves a diverse patient population, primarily adults with some pediatric cases.
