FirstService Residential is looking for a full-time Accounting Administrative Assistant located in Town of Florida, NY. This role supports the administrative and accounting workflow for the Latitude Bar & Chill, as well as managing accounts payable activities. The successful candidate will handle invoicing, vendor management, and assist with monthly reports while requiring an associate’s degree in accounting, business, or marketing.
