You will partner across marketing, analytics, product, finance, risk, and channel teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver acquisition initiatives that improve customer acquisition and profitability. You will turn complex data into actionable insights, help shape strategic recommendations, and influence decisions that impact millions of customers and significant business results. This role provides broad exposure to senior leaders and offers the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution.Job responsibilities: Develop customer acquisition strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability across products and channelsAnalyze customer, channel, and market data to identify growth opportunities and performance driversLead audience targeting and segmentation initiatives to improve acquisition effectivenessEvaluate acquisition offer performance and recommend optimization opportunitiesPartner with analytics teams to translate data into actionable business recommendationsMonitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer behaviors to inform strategy developmentSupport forecasting, business planning, and financial analyses related to acquisition initiativesBuild executive-ready presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and recommendationsCollaborate with product, marketing, finance, and risk partners to execute strategic initiativesMeasure outcomes of acquisition programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvementLead multiple initiatives simultaneously while managing timelines and stakeholder expectationsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceFive or more years of experience in strategy, marketing, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform business decisionsExperience developing business recommendations and presenting findings to stakeholdersAbility to analyze large data sets and translate results into clear narrativesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience collaborating across diverse stakeholder groupsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to influence without direct authorityStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Experience in customer acquisition, marketing strategy, or growth strategyExperience within financial services, consumer products, digital commerce, or related industriesKnowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and offer optimization approachesExperience building business cases and evaluating investment opportunitiesFamiliarity with customer analytics, predictive modeling, or marketing performance measurementExperience partnering with analytics, data science, or research teamsAdditional information: Local Candidates will be given priority considerationNo relocation available for this roleApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
