About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Head of Security Technology to lead the modernization and delivery of its core cybersecurity technology capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving and integrating security architecture, engineering, identity and access management, and continuous threat and exposure management. This role demands a transformation of legacy security functions into a scalable, intelligence-driven security ecosystem, with a focus on reducing enterprise risk through engineering and automation. The SVP will also be accountable for driving alignment between cybersecurity capabilities and business risk priorities, ensuring that security investments support enterprise resilience, customer trust, and growth objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a cybersecurity role, with at least 5 years in a senior security architect position, and a strong background in cloud-native security, Zero Trust, IAM, and CTEM practices. The role requires a technology-first leader with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships across various business and technology functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of modernizing security organizations, integrating cybersecurity with AI/ML technologies, and delivering measurable improvements in risk reduction and security posture. A CISSP certification is strongly preferred, and the candidate should be adept at managing budgets, vendors, and large-scale programs. The position also demands a disciplined thinker with a structured approach to security architecture and strategic planning, as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities in high-pressure situations.
