About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to spearhead the digital evolution of its global liquidity and cash concentration products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of CRM straight-through processing and leading the design of next-generation client journeys. This pivotal role involves defining product strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering solutions that provide tangible value to clients worldwide. The Senior Digital Product Manager will also be tasked with managing product performance, conducting market intelligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management or development, with a proven track record in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs. Deep expertise in product performance management, including client experience, pricing, risk, and distribution, is essential. The role requires the ability to apply rigorous analysis to inform product decisions, build cross-functional consensus, and influence senior stakeholders. A strong commercial acumen, the ability to mentor team members, and experience in digital transformation or CRM platform development within a global financial services environment are also key qualifications. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being beneficial, and a background in business, finance, or technology is preferred.
