Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Estimator role based in Metro Jacksonville. The Sales Estimator is responsible for responding to new and existing customer inquiries, conducting in-home or on-site walkthroughs, and preparing accurate cleaning service estimates. Daily tasks include gathering customer requirements, assessing property size and condition, and translating findings into clear, detailed proposals and quotes. The role also involves explaining service options, pricing, and scheduling, while addressing questions and concerns in a professional, customer-focused manner. The Sales Estimator collaborates with office staff and cleaning teams to ensure that accepted estimates are scheduled efficiently and executed according to agreed scope. This position plays a key role in converting leads into scheduled jobs and supporting revenue growth for the location. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and clearly explain services and pricing. Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on converting inquiries into booked services and maintaining positive client relationships. Proficiency in Project Estimation or similar estimating responsibilities, including assessing scope of work and preparing accurate, detailed quotes. Comfort using basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) to manage leads, estimates, and customer records. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person visits within the Metro Jacksonville area. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple appointments and follow-ups. Previous experience in residential services, cleaning, home improvement, or a related field is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales, business, or related areas is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
