Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or ability to obtain
• Experience providing speech therapy services in school settings is strongly preferred
• Proficient in administering evaluations, creating IEP goals, and delivering evidence-based therapy
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage caseload paperwork efficiently
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEPs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services, tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and provide necessary documentation for compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent/staff consultations
