Security Officer Part Time Patrol

Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 06:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat: 06:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with access control processes in accordance with site protocols. Support port and/or cruise operations by communicating professionally with personnel and the public, assisting with directions, and reporting maintenance, crowd management, and other security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
