About The Role The Assistant Manager, Stores (Assistant Manager) collaborates with the Store Manager to uphold and reinforce the values and attitudes of the team members they lead to provide exceptional customer service, drive our metrics, and achieve our business goals. The Assistant Manager leads a team of Customer Experience Specialists to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible and motivates the team to drive supply and demand, ensures operational efficiency, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maximize results. This role requires strategic thinking and a track record of driving results and developing high-performing teams. The expected salary range for this role is $65,581.10-$74,949.60. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
