ABOUT THE ROLE


As part of the SANY America team, SANY America is seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to support our growing sales organization. This position serves as a key liaison between the sales team, dealers, customers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely execution of sales-related activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This individual will provide administrative and operational support throughout the sales process while helping deliver an exceptional experience to SANY dealers and customers.

With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Assist with customer and dealer inquiries regarding equipment, orders, pricing, availability, and documentation.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, purchase orders, and other sales-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, dealer, and sales information within company systems.
• Track equipment orders and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely status updates.
• Support sales managers and territory representatives with reports, presentations, customer information, and sales data.
• Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Parts, Service, and other departments to resolve customer and dealer needs.
• Assist with invoicing, order discrepancies, documentation, and other transactional issues.
• Assist with sales meetings, dealer events, trade shows, and other departmental initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales-support processes and overall customer experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business administration, Automotive technology, Heavy equipment technology, or related field.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, sales operations, order management, or a related position.
• Experience within the heavy equipment, construction equipment, automotive, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or dealership industry is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or order-management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization.
