Associate Project Manager

Location Must reside in South Florida. Remote work is possible with occasional visits to the Miami Lakes office. Responsibilities Prepare due diligence (ASTM Phase I/Phase II) reports and mentor staff through due diligence projects. Gather, analyze, and interpret technical data. Prepare environmental technical reports. Mentor staff through the collection of soil, soil vapor, water, and/or air samples utilizing different sampling techniques. Prepare Florida‑specific regulatory reports, environmental site assessments, and assist projects through remediation. Assist with the preparation of proposals and scopes of work. Actively develop your own career growth with opportunities to assist with field and reporting tasks. Work directly with staff and management‑level team members with field and reporting responsibilities. Qualifications BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, Engineering or other related field. Professional license track preferred (P.G. or P.E.) 4+ years of experience with environmental field sampling, data collection, and technical report preparation. Experience with Florida‑specific environmental programs and familiarity with South Florida hydrogeology. The ability to successfully multi‑task, strong safety awareness, and a good record and understanding of safe work practices. 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification preferred. Light remediation construction experience/hands‑on skills a plus. Valid driver's license, good driving history and reliable transportation are required. Strong communication skills.
