Customer Service Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Provide ongoing customer support
• Meet or exceed sales and retention targets
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Complete the full sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms
• Maintain up-to-date records within the CRM
• Forecast and submit sales reports promptly.
• Complete regular sales training
