We are looking for a Customer Development Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing our small to medium sized clients. You will identify areas of improvement to increase the client's brand awareness. This position is client facing and involves direct sales. A Customer Development Specialist is responsible for handling questions, comments and complaints regarding our client's services and products. Your ultimate goal is to provide positive customer experiences by enhancing relationships between our client and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends

• Determine product demand and customer awareness

• Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment

• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities

• Review and optimize marketing budget

• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing or other related fields

• Experience in a customer facing role

• Strong project management skills

• Strong leadership qualities

• Deadline and detail-oriented

The goal of the Customer Development Specialist is to: - Convert new customers to long term clientele - Develop a professional and trusting relationship with new clients - Educate and sell client products and services to new and existing customers - Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline - Close and follow up on sales transactions Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints - Network and build relationships with new and existing client base.
