About the Role:
An ABA therapy company in Williamsburg is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for families seeking services for children with autism. This role focuses on guiding parents through the intake process and ensuring a smooth, supportive client experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and highly communicative. They are comfortable handling multiple inquiries, enjoy working with families, and can maintain a calm, efficient intake process in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and emails from parents and families
• Schedule and coordinate consultations
• Assist with onboarding and intake processes
• Support client satisfaction and experience initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper follow-through on intake cases

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in client services, intake, or administrative support preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
