MiG/TIG Welder
A reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join their growing team. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating metal parts according to blueprint specifications in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders looking for long-term career growth.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00a-4:30p
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure and mark materials using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
- Fabricate and fit metal components to specification
- Verify finished products meet quality standards and blueprint tolerances
- Set up and adjust equipment including punch and laser combinations as needed
- Identify equipment issues and make basic machine adjustments
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a 3G weld test
- Minimum 3 years TIG welding experience
- Minimum 3 years MIG welding
- Sheet metal experience
- Fabrication experience
- Welding certification
