Exact Metal Fabricators is a growing metal fabrication company specializing miscellaneous metals including dock stairs, railings and ladders.. We take pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a clean, efficient, and team-oriented shop.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with MIG welding, can read fabrication drawings, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

MIG weld carbon steel components
Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Fit, tack, and assemble fabricated parts
Operate basic fabrication equipment, including saws, grinders, and drills
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work safely and efficiently to meet production schedules

Qualifications

3-5 years of welding and fabrication experience preferred
Proficient in MIG welding
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
Experience using measuring tools and maintaining tight tolerances
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation and good attendance
