Within the Critical Care Department, the Critical Care RN Educator will support nurses caring for patients with complex, high-acuity conditions that require advanced monitoring and rapid clinical intervention. The department uses modern critical care equipment, interdisciplinary care planning, and current evidence-based protocols to promote excellent outcomes. The Critical Care RN Educator will assess learning needs, coordinate orientation and competency programs, develop educational resources, facilitate simulations, and advance quality and patient-safety initiatives across the unit.

The Critical Care RN Educator will report to experienced nursing leadership and receive support from clinical managers, hospital educators, and operational leaders.
