Step into a rewarding opportunity as a contract Paraprofessional, supporting students in a dynamic school environment near Pacoima, CA. As part of a building sub pool in the Simi Valley area, you’ll have the chance to pick up sub shifts based on your availability, with the potential to move into a full-time role for the 2026/2027 school year.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience in Special Education (SPED) classroom settings
- Willingness and ability to work substitute shifts as needed
- Adaptability and openness to working with various caseloads—flexibility is a must
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Simi Valley, CA
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide in-class support to students and assist teachers with instructional activities
- Help carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of certified staff
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and safe learning climate for all students
- Engage with students one-on-one or in small groups to encourage academic and behavioral growth
- Collaborate with a dedicated educational team, adapting to the evolving needs of the classroom
