Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team at Citrus Motors Ford and Kia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in helping our customers secure financing for their vehicle purchases while providing an exceptional experience in our brand-new flagship facility. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to assess their financing needs and present tailored financing options. Clearly explain various financing products, ensuring customers fully understand their choices. Assist customers with the credit application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with financial institutions to secure optimal financing terms for our customers. Stay current on financing options, market trends, and dealership policies to provide expert guidance. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions regarding their financing agreements. Work closely with the sales team to maximize dealership profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective relationship-building and sales techniques. Key Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales or finance, preferably within a dealership environment. Proven track record of performance, including the ability to provide performance figures from current or past employment. Dealertrack and Routeone experience a must Strong sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating rapport with customers. Knowledge of automotive finance products and lending practices is a plus. Proficient in using dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Experience Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer interactions. Previous customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced setting is a plus.
