Olympus Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Las Vegas team supporting customers in the tradeshow, live events, and experiential marketing industries. Our work includes large-format printed graphics, SEG fabric, custom displays, and increasingly complex custom frame and lighting solutions that come together on show floors and at live events across the country. As a Project Manager II, you'll work closely with our Account Managers, customers, and production teams to turn creative concepts, artwork, frame drawings, and specifications into finished projects. You'll help answer the questions that determine whether a project succeeds: Do we have everything we need? Will the graphics fit the frame correctly? Are the materials right for the application? Can we meet the show deadline? And when something changes—as it often does in this industry—what's the best path forward? This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing details, communicating with people, and being close to the manufacturing process. You'll support an established book of business while developing expertise in Olympus Group's large-format printing and custom frame-fabrication capabilities. In our industry, the deadline isn't arbitrary—the show is going to open whether we're ready or not. We're looking for someone who understands that urgency and enjoys being part of the team that makes it happen. Key Responsibilities: Own the details that keep projects moving. Manage multiple projects simultaneously from order entry through production and delivery, making sure specifications, artwork, materials, approvals, schedules, and other critical details are accurate and complete. Partner closely with Sales. Work alongside Account Managers to manage the day-to-day execution of customer projects, freeing them to focus on customer relationships and business development while ensuring their projects receive exceptional support. Become a technical resource. Develop a strong understanding of large-format printing, fabric graphics, SEG systems, modular frame systems, custom frame fabrication, lighting, rigid graphics, vinyl, and other Olympus Group capabilities. Learn to interpret frame drawings, artwork, specifications, and production requirements. Connect the customer to production. Communicate project requirements, changes, schedules, risks, and priorities between customers, Account Managers, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and other internal teams. Solve problems before they become problems. Review open orders and project requirements proactively, identify missing information or potential production challenges, and work with the appropriate teams to find solutions before they affect quality or deadlines. Manage complex, multi-part projects. Coordinate projects that may involve multiple Olympus facilities, production departments, outside vendors, custom fabrication, specialized materials, and tight tradeshow or event deadlines. Keep everyone informed. Provide clear, proactive project updates and job-status reporting so customers, Sales, and Operations know where projects stand and what needs to happen next. Protect quality and accuracy. Review artwork, proofs, specifications, frame information, order details, and production requirements before work moves forward. Support our Las Vegas operation. Serve as an important connection between the Las Vegas production facility and Project Managers at other Olympus locations whose work is being produced in Las Vegas, helping coordinate materials, approvals, production status, photos, vendors, and other project needs. Be there when it matters. Support customer production viewings, plant visits, peak workloads, and occasional after-hours needs when major projects or show deadlines require additional coordination. Skills: We're looking for someone who likes having a lot happening at once—and is good at bringing order to it. The strongest candidates will combine project management discipline with curiosity and technical problem-solving. You don't need to know everything about how we manufacture our products on day one, but you should want to learn. The more you understand about printing, materials, frames, fabrication, and production, the more valuable you'll become to our customers and our team. Are comfortable reading specifications, drawings, artwork, and production information. Build strong relationships with customers, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and other internal teams.
