Part-Time Call Center Customer Service Agent – Optometry Practice

Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, 12–24 hours per week ( Mondays required )
Location: In person

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Customer Service Agent who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping people . This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a team, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and creates a warm, welcoming experience for every patient they speak with.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately
• Enter and update patient information in our system
• Help patients understand services, benefits, and next steps
• Support smooth communication between clinics and patients
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly phone presence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive, team-player mindset
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Medical office or call center experience preferred (not required)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
