Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active Maryland SLP License in good standing Maryland Teaching Certificate Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and supervisory skills Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality speech-language evaluation, therapy, and support to students on your caseload Supervise and mentor the on-site SLPA, ensuring effective delivery of services and compliance with district and state guidelines Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in alignment with school and state standards Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success and carry out effective interventions Adapt services and materials for both in-person and virtual environments as needed Benefits and Perks: Manageable caseload, fostering strong connections with each student Flexible schedule at 20-25 hours per week—great for work-life balance Hybrid work model available for eligible candidates A collaborative and supportive school environment Compensation for this position ranges from $41.00 to $55.00.
