Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our Jersey City location, interacting with a diverse team of healthcare professionals dedicated to patient rehabilitation. The center operates Monday through Friday, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients upon their first visits to establish comprehensive and tailored treatment plans focused on individual recovery goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide goal-directed patient care, ensuring maximum efficacy of rehabilitation treatments for a diverse set of conditions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to coordinate patient care and communicate treatment necessities effectively, ensuring a cohesive approach to rehabilitation.
• Adhere to the New Jersey State Practice Act and maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies and professional guidelines, including the APTA's Code of Ethics.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical assessments and patient feedback.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and methodologies.
• Assist with administrative duties as required to support the practice's operations and patient management efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, the Physical Therapist will work with a wide range of patients, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric individuals. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required to ensure a solid foundation for clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits
