ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years working in State Farm Claims, where I gained valuable experience helping customers through difficult situations. I'm a University of Alabama graduate, grew up in South Alabama, and have always been passionate about serving my local community.

Giving back is an important part of who I am. I'm actively involved with the Rotary and several local civic clubs, and I enjoy building strong relationships throughout the community.

As a Customer Service Representative with Bob English - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
