Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Kforce has a client that is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This position requires candidates to be local to Georgia. Overview: The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This position involves advising on program planning, managing business requirements, coordinating budgets, and conducting comprehensive research to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and recommend areas for program planning, business requirements management, and budget execution
• Prepare needs assessments and validate resource requirements
• Develop cost estimate models and conduct financial, product, market, and operational research
• Interpret and evaluate research data to create integrated business analyses and projections for strategic decisions
• Plan and coordinate primary and secondary market research studies to support strategic planning and marketing initiatives
• Present research findings and recommendations to client committees and stakeholders
• Provide advisory, technical, and staff support to internal teams and client groups
• Utilize survey and market research methodologies, systems, and techniques effectively
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT, business analysis, or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field in an IT environment is preferred
• Specific Systems Knowledge Required: M365 Suite as a user (Incl. Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Specific Systems Knowledge Preferred: ServiceNow as a user (not developer)
