Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative. We are looking for growth-oriented sales professionals with an entrepreneurial and cross-functional mindset to grow the brand’s awareness and pipeline through thoughtful, multi-channel outreach. The ideal candidate has a passion for further pursuing a career in tech sales. Qualifications Primary Areas of Responsibility Raise awareness and generate interest through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers. Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives. Meet or exceed assigned daily activity metrics (minimum of 40 calls and 20 emails per day). Manage your book of business by working cross functionally with marketing and sales leaders. Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the BDR role and program. Collaborate with team members to share and learn best practices. Essential Skills & Qualifications 1-2 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation. Experience interacting with prospects and customers preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Display resilience and grit. Obstacles never stand in your way or get the best of you. Enjoy competing and look to raise your own bar for performance. Can take coaching and apply changes to your process quickly. Experienced with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Gong, ZoomInfo (or similar tools.)
