Seeking: OP/Profee- Vascular Surgery Coder Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trauma Registrar to begin ASAP. The Trauma Registrar identifies trauma registry patients, collects and accurately enters all required data elements, and assists with the timely reporting of the data to the Department of State Health Services according to existing regulatory requirements. This position in full-time and fully remote. All applicants must be US based. Must have: Knowledge of International Classification of Diseases (ICD) coding, Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) and Injury Severity Score (ISS) scoring. General computer skills, including but not limited to using required software applications, data entry, information security, electronic medical documentation, handheld scanning and email. Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries (CSTR) preferred as well as completion of American Traum Society's Trauma Registry Course or equivalent state approved data management course. Apply today.
