Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing interventions that align with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and document care plans through patient rounds and regular meetings, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Texas.
