Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference every day? Foxden Retirement Community is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and organized Transportation Coordinator to assist our residents with safe, reliable transportation while supporting an exceptional resident experience.

In our small, close-knit assisted living community, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and become an important part of their daily lives.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
Hours vary based on residents' scheduled appointments and transportation needs. Flexibility is required to accommodate daily appointment schedules.

Responsibilities

Safely transport residents to medical appointments, outings, and scheduled activities
Coordinate transportation schedules and appointment logistics
Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed
Maintain transportation records and schedules
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Ensure resident safety and comfort during transportation
Work closely with nursing staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate appointments
Provide outstanding customer service and compassionate support to residents

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous experience transporting seniors or healthcare patients preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly, patient, and compassionate demeanor
Ability to safely assist residents with mobility needs
CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
