This position is a hybrid in‑office role that works out of our Boston HQ. Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is WFH. This is not a virtual / remote position. About The Role Wayfair is seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support senior leaders within our Global Business Organization. This role serves as a trusted strategic partner, helping executives navigate complex priorities, improve organizational effectiveness, and maintain focus on high‑impact work in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and solutions‑oriented, with exceptional judgment, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity and shifting priorities. What You’ll Do Serve as a strategic partner to 3-5 senior leaders helping drive focus, prioritization, and operational efficiency. Manage complex global calendars across multiple time zones, balancing competing priorities and anticipating needs before they arise. Coordinate domestic and international travel, adapting quickly to evolving schedules and ensuring seamless logistics. Build and maintain processes and workflows that improve organization and visibility across executive support operations while leveraging AI tools and technology to streamline day‑to‑day support. Partner cross‑functionally to support business initiatives, facilitate communication, and drive alignment across teams. Plan and coordinate meetings, offsites, and team events that foster collaboration and connection. Manage expenses and administrative operations with accuracy and strong attention to detail. Exercise sound judgment and discretion while handling sensitive information and high‑priority matters. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Contribute to a strong Executive Assistant and Executive Business Partner community by sharing best practices, supporting onboarding efforts, and providing informal mentorship to peers. Provide coverage for fellow EAs and EBPs as needed to ensure continuity of support across leadership teams. Manage multiple priorities with professionalism, adaptability, and composure. What You’ll Need 8+ years of administrative or Executive Business Partner experience, including support for VP‑ and Director‑level leaders in a fast‑paced, global environment. Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and operate with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through. Ability to anticipate needs, think proactively, and adapt quickly as business priorities evolve. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Experience managing complex calendars, travel coordination, and executive operations in a high‑volume environment. Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools, including Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet. Curiosity and adaptability in learning new technologies, including AI tools that improve productivity and operational efficiency. Comfort navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure in a dynamic environment. A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
