SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionPorting of SAS process to Hadoop or SAS/Hadoop integration.SAS Metadata level security implementationAny additional SAS certification.Improve performance.Strong Analytical skillsData modeling, design & implementation based on recognized standards.Software installation and configuration.Database backup and recovery.Database connectivity and security.Performance monitoring and tuning.Disk space management.Software patches and upgrades.Automate manual tasks.Previous experience with SAS a plus!QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of educationAt least 4 years of experience in Providing support to users for their day to day operations on SAS platform, onboarding new users, data loads, handle Access control, security managementAt least 2 years of experience in SAS Grid Administration – MUST have below expertise.SAS Metadata (User & data) managementUser security assignments in SAS MetadataSAS SPDS administrationACL HandlingMust be well versed with SAS codingAdvanced SAS 9 certificationSAS development in BI toolsUnix scripting at least at intermediate levelExperience with SAS MigrationsShould have experience in production data loads and data/storage management for multiple data sources.Require experience with Cluster Design, Configuration, Installation, Patching, Upgrading and support on High Availability.Additional Information** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
