We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive at SVB. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, efficient, and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in a similar role, who aligns with our values of excellence and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, draft emails and documents, and prepare reports as needed.
• Act as the first point of contact for the executive, handling phone calls, mail, and enquiries.
• Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
• Assist with project management in the context of residential and multi-family property development.
• Facilitate internal and external communication, ensuring information is disseminated accurately and promptly.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of events and meetings.
• Conduct research and prepare presentations, with an emphasis on real estate and design trends.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the real estate or design sector.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
