Responsibilities

- Complaint handling and disposition project \n
- Support for the intake of complaints from the pharmacy or outsourced call center \n
- Review complaints for potential embedded adverse events \n
- Triage complaints and assign risk \n
- Perform follow up and request returns. \n
- Determine if complaint requires FDA notification \n
Requirements

- 5+ years of PQC experience \n
- Experience in combination products \n
