[Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.](a href= )MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in construction or engineering-related fields or a minimum of 3 years' experience in Construction or Project Management.Have an understanding of building systems, materials and reading architectural/engineering drawings and specifications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Work effectively with customers, staff and management.Problem-solving for on-site project issues.Strong organizational and time management skills for multi-tasking.Ability to obtain a secret clearance.Desired SkillsCommercial construction project/project management or equivalent experience with 5+ years total professional experience.Have an understanding of solicitation for proposal, evaluation of proposals, labor and material cost breakdown analysis, invoicing and contract closeout.Knowledge of project management concepts including project schedules, scope, cost, risk and deliverables.Demonstrates ability to write effective Statements of Work.Successful budget control and execution of projects.Experience providing high quality customer service. Proficient in MS Office software programs including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Project. Experience preparing and maintaining project milestones, design and construction cost estimates, and detailed gantt chart schedules. Risk management experience and cost spend projections.Prepare and maintain project status and cost reports.Respectfully dispute resolution with Suppliers. Effective change management.
