Business Analyst, Operations Analytics

Reporting to the Director of Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization, the full-time, fully-remote Business Analyst, Operations Analytics will drive strategic analytics for cross-functional Operations initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights and building foundational performance measurement frameworks. Key responsibilities Provide strategic analytics for major Operations initiatives by identifying key metrics and driving analyses that shape strategy and execution Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for Operations leadership and build decision-ready narratives for executive audiences Own the creation of core data and reporting frameworks to ensure effective measurement and performance tracking across Operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a similar analytical field; Master's degree preferred 2-4+ years of experience in business strategy/analytics or a related role, with a proven track record of influencing leadership decisions Strong command of data and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Hex) and experience in building scalable reporting frameworks Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of synthesizing complex analysis into executive-ready narratives
