Schedule: Alexandria, MN Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00+ per hour (based on experience) Shift Options: Day Shift | 7 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday – Thursday Night Shift | 4:30 PM – 3 AM | Monday – Thursday Weekend Shift | 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Friday – Sunday Built by Hand. CNC Operator Job Duties: Run CNC machines from start to finish — setup, operation, inspection. Read blueprints and adjust programs to meet exact tolerances. Inspect work using micrometers and calipers. Keep your station organized and the workflow steady.
