Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs, goals, and preferences, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment strategies, and supportive self-care practices to foster resilience and understanding.

• Monitor client progress rigorously and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on observed outcomes and changing client needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Stay informed with the latest research in mood disorders to continuously enhance treatment methodologies and client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
