Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tufts, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implementing therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and promote growth.

• Designing and executing customized treatment plans that include measurable goals and interventions.
\n
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive client care.

• Providing crisis intervention services, risk assessments, and safety planning as required.

• Maintaining precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Leading therapeutic groups and psychoeducation classes to enhance client engagement and support.

Your work will focus on individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds who face a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
