About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Operations - OnPrem Power & Mobility to play a pivotal role in the strategic development and execution of one of its most critical business lines. The successful candidate will be a senior operational and strategic partner, driving the growth and effectiveness of the OnPrem Power and Mobility platform. This role is at the forefront of the company's mission to meet the increasing demand for resilient, localized energy infrastructure. The VP will be responsible for shaping and implementing strategic priorities, leading cross-functional programs, and ensuring the delivery of onsite energy infrastructure projects that meet customer needs for power and electrification. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in shaping and executing strategic priorities, with a proven track record of at least 5 years in an operational partner role to senior executive leaders. The role requires the ability to manage a team of energy professionals, build operating rhythms, and drive clarity around organizational structure and decision-making processes. Experience in energy, mobility, real estate, infrastructure, or related business lines is preferred, as is a background in partnering with finance and commercial leaders on business models for emerging products. The ideal candidate will be adept at shaping executive communications, and leadership engagement, and will demonstrate a strong capability to leverage emerging technology and AI tools to enhance business operations. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience, and the candidate should be adept at developing KPI systems and performance measures to support the scale and speed of the business.
