Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions as well as family counseling, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians to ensure an integrated approach.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and facilitate referrals to additional resources as needed, ensuring that clients receive the support essential to their recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of treatment progress and interventions.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions aimed at identifying best practices and enhancing overall clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders, substance use issues, and co-occurring conditions. You will primarily work with adults and families in a supportive environment that recognizes and respects each individual's cultural background, empowering them to achieve personal and psychological growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.

• Strong knowledge and competency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to applying them effectively in clinical practice.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment plans accurately.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong capacity for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
