Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Lawn Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for your daily route by providing services for existing customers. Your responsibilities will include completion of daily activities, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and performing services. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and attention to the details. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Perform daily tasks such as lawn fertilization, shrub care and more 
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Load all tools and other necessary equipment/materials. Secure all equipment safely
• Document all leads and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Proper use of safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment
• Daily truck maintenance by ensuring its safety and make sure it's clean and ready for daily operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in lawn and pest industry 
• Excellent customer service skill
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude
