Now Hiring: Office Manager
Arcadia New England Home Care is seeking an experienced Office Manager or an individual with prior healthcare scheduling or management experience to oversea the the day-to-day operations of its home healthcare operations in Athol/Orange, Massachusetts . Room for future growth into the manager role.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling
Quality assurance and compliance
Managing field staff
Communicating with clients and case managers
Travel for case opens and staff supervisory visits
Recruiting

Schedule
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM in an office (not remote)

Requirements
Minimum 3 years home healthcare industry (or related medical field) experience in an administrative or operations capacity
Good communicator with a professional demeanor
Strong technology and software skills
Leadership qualities with confidence in managing people
A growth and business mindset
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
